Policies
Refund Policy: I appreciate your support and want you to be happy with your order. Please open your package upon arrival and confirm your order is accurate. Contact me via email at twigandtwinefarm@gmail.com within 2 days of package delivery to report any concerns.
All sales are final after 2 days of receipt. Storage, growing performance and health is now the customer's responsibility. Questions and corrections can be addressed via email (no social media messages).
Limit Policy: To allow more gardeners access to the rarer varieties, some will have a limit per household. Orders exceeding these limits will be cancelled and refunded.

Virus Policy: I do my best to maintain sanitizing procedures and remove any diseased plants and tubers from my inventory. Sadly, nature prevails, and dahlias are highly likely to contain or obtain viruses along the way. I do not perform virus testing and therefore cannot guarantee that the tubers are 100% disease free. Shipping: I only ship within the USA using USPS. Shipping will begin in April once freezing temperatures are clear of the forecast. At this time I cannot combine shipping.
Shipping Cost:
1-3 tubers: $12.00
4-10 tubers: $18.00
11+ tubers: $26.00​
If items are damaged or lost in shipping please contact me via email at twigandtwinefarm@gmail.com. I will work with you to submit an insurance claim via USPS. A refund will be issued once an insurance claim is approved.
Cart Policy: Product in your cart is not guaranteed until you check out.
Cancellation/Substitution Policy: Once an order is placed there are no customer cancellations. Should I be unable to fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. product loss in storage) I will issue a refund and communicate with you as soon as I am aware of any issues.
